Based on the backstory HA gave us, I like what your interpretation means to me…sometimes we just don’t know about someone else’s difference…what they are experiencing on the inside…and it could be more awful and frightening than we could imagine, so it’s a reminder to treat people with compassion.

  2. Someone suggesting solutions to a problem they don’t understand can be very frustrating, but being there ready to listen if required might be sufficient.
