Richard was looking forward to this dinner. His friend Anthony was bringing his girlfriend with him, plus a blind date for Richard – the beautiful Sabrina. Richard obviously wanted to impress them so he planned everything to have a perfect evening. He made a list, bought the ingredients, set the table elegantly. They arrived, introduction was made and he gave them some wine. He went to the kitchen to check if everything was going according to plan. The turkey was still raw and will probably take a couple of hours, so he put the oven on the highest temperature. The tiramisu wasn’t setting properly. The onion soup was done and as he was bringing the pot of soup to the table, he dropped it on the floor. Everyone heard the loud bang, went to the kitchen and saw him on the floor. Richard got up and said….Pizza anyone?

I think we can all relate to poor Richard! It’s always good to have a takeaway menu on hand as a backup 🙂
