The Chateau

The first time we had a peek on the chateau, we fell in love with it. OK, it required a lot of renovation but we didn’t mind that. The floorboard can be stripped, sanded and polished, the windows can be double-glazed and the roof tiles can be changed. We can remodel the garden and create a new parking space. It would be a labour of love for our retirement. We’ve always wanted to retire to the country and this could be ideal. We have a meeting with the owner next week and hopefully they accept our offer.
