Farmers armed with one conviction
Fists raised high, clenching to signboards
With nothing but belief as swords

Cries of mercy and compassion
Blood, sweat and tears shed over soil
Of cruel drought, save them from turmoil

When will we end this starvation?
Ironic how farmers who plowed
In times of mishap, disavowed

Stop greed and humiliation
Sacks of rice they rightfully claim
Grant them justice instead of blame

Uphold peace and liberation
Milagrosa to them you owe
Sinandomeng to them bestow

Farmers armed with one conviction
Cries of mercy and compassion
When will we end this starvation?
Stop greed and humiliation
Uphold peace and liberation
