creative cooking – invented a new meal the other day. Spiral zuchinni, turkey with onions and spicy tomato sauce and mushrooms. Steamed the zuchinni and mushrooms, fried the turkey with onions and tomato sauce, added some chillies, salt and pepper. It was delicious!
we bought some lamb fillets at the weekend and somehow made two meals out of it – lamb curry and stir-fried lamb. This was my version of stir-fried lamb. Cut and chopped all the ingredients (lamb, garlic, ginger, spring onions, chillies, brocolli, red peppers, beans sprouts), quick stir-fried, added oyster sauce, chilli sauce and soy sauce. Boiled some rice. It was lovely!
lovely smile for today – morning swim with Him Indoors (half an hour swim, then ten minutes jacuzzi, then groceries, before he went to work and me back home), then met my friend C for lunch at the Chinese (had wan tan soup and some dim sums), walked to town and had some manicure, went to an Indian shop and somehow ended up with an outfit each, how cool was that!). Back home with Him Indoors, had some beer with him then dinner.
