My new hat
As I chat and sat
I bought it yesterday
Makes my day gay
With my friend
She’s a godsend
She’s got one, too
And a new pair of shoes
I’m taking it to Berlin
Him gives me a grin
And probably in India
Part of wedding agenda
Quite fun wearing it
Keeps me in a shade a bit
My new hat
As I chat and sat
