Looking forward to a new day with you and everything thereon
The mist is visible, out of the charcoal curtain is a perfect dawn

Against this milieu the trees are silhouettes, like oil painting
The colours of the foliage return to green, what a perfect dawn

The sky glows like honey and the sun is pure gold in the sky
I can see the path, uncluttered and I’m ready, a perfect dawn

Let’s walk with bare feet on the ground to feel the Earth’s energy
Hand in hand we walk, we can see our breath on a perfect dawn

A new day has come, new possibilities, a fresh page yet to be written
And together we can face it, whatever it gives us on a perfect dawn
