time
is punctual
time is never late
on this day and age
it can stand unmoving
it can also stretch for hours
it depends on our needs and wants
when we are waiting for something
it seems that time is ever so unhurried
it can also shift from favourable
to unfavourable moments
from generation to
generation
time is
prised

Very telling observation about the ways time darts and dashes. Nice diamante!

I’ve always found it very interesting that time, our perception of it anyway, depends on how much we want or don’t want what we’re waiting on. It seems the more we want something, the longer it takes the time for it to arrive. The more we don’t want it, well, it is right there upon us, no time really to prepare or avoid it. Great poem!
Have a blessed day.

Thank you, Lady. ๐ I’m way behind in reading everyone’s poetry, but I’m working on it. I have enjoyed what I’ve read of yours so far.
