falling rain
young leaves drowning down the creek
buds not opened yet

on top of mountain
silence felt as birds fly
the monk in prayers

the river so cool
with a kindly summer breeze
she gave him a smile

fresh snow falling
the sparrows flutter their wings
blue sky in town
