How to make Petit Fours
To make the almond cake
3 cups cake flour;
1 tablespoon baking powder;
½ teaspoon salt;
1 ½ cups white sugar;
½ cup vegetable oil;
6 large eggs;
1 teaspoon almond extract; and
1 cup milk.
