Their Night

It’s a night of memories and splendour. A night of tender moments with the sweet lure of music and nostalgia. Juan and Anna are celebrating their silver wedding anniversary. They are both dressed elegantly, enthusiastic to paint the town red. Juan helped Anna strap her stiletto shoes and looked at her with wonder. After all these years, they are still in love with each other and like teen-agers chuckle at their inside jokes. “You look wonderful,” he said. “Of course, I do, I’m going out with you!” she smiled back. They traipse off in the direction of town, still giggling to themselves.
